MUSCLE POWER OVERNIGHT OATS

VEGAN, SUGAR-FREE, HIGH-PROTEIN

We've all used the excuse: 'I don't have time for breakfast!' and then we end up starving at the next bakery, indulging into something that certainly doesn't do us very good. These excuses are over now! Our delicious Muscle Power Overnight Oatmeal is made quickly, can be prepared days in advance, and is very healthy.
The Muscle Power Mix is made with a mix of both Pea and Rice Protein, Maca Root, Lucuma and Banana powder. Added to oats, it makes them so creamy! Now doesn't that sound like the ideal breakfast? 

MUSCLE POWER OVERNIGHT OATS

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tablespoon Muscle Power Mix
  • 1 cup gluten free oats
  • 1 cup water or almond milk
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1 tablespoon full fat coconut milk

TOPPINGS:

  • 1 tablespoon shredded walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

DIRECTIONS:

  • Stir all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Place the bowl in the fridge and leave overnight.
  • In the morning stir it again.
  • Enjoy!

 SUPER TIP: Make a bigger batch in advance so you have a delicious breakfast sitting in the fridge ready to take on the go for busy days!
