Power Matcha Ice Cream

Today we have a very special surprise for you: Stephanie from @veganwhat made this amazing banana ice cream the other day, featuring our Power Matcha Mix. Now, doesn't that look absolutely amazing? We're obsessed with everything matcha at the moment, so this recipe will be our staple from now on. Try it yourself and see how delicious ice cream made with frozen bananas can be!

POWER MATCHA ICE CREAM

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tablespoon Power Matcha Mix
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • toppings: banana coins, pomegrenate, chia seeds, berries

DIRECTIONS:

  • Peel the bananas and cut them into coins.
  • Freeze them for at least 6 hours or over night.
  • Place the frozen banana chunks in a food processor or high speed blender.
  • Add the Power Matcha Mix.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Add your toppings of choice.
  • Enjoy!

 SUPER TIP: If your blender can't handle the frozen bananas add a splash of water or plant milk!
