POWER MATCHA PANCAKES

You love pancakes? You love matcha? Well, we have good news for you then. These pancakes made with our Power Matcha Mix are not only easy to make, but also super delicioius. Perfect for a long and cozy weekend breakfast (or just anytime really... We sometimes eat pancakes for dinner). Give these a go and let us know what you think!

POWER MATCHA PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tablespoon Power Matcha Mix
  • 1 1/2 cup rice flour
  • 1/2 cup plant based milk or water
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon flax seeds
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • pinch of salt

TOPPINGS:

  • Coconut yogurt
  • Your favourite fruit

    DIRECTIONS:

    • Soak the flax seeds in 1 tablespoon of water.
    • Combine the dry ingredients very well.
    • Add in your plant based milk.
    • Stir everything into a smooth, thick batter.
    • Use a non stick pan and bake your pancakes on both sides until cooked through.
    • Add your toppings.
    • Enjoy!

     SUPER TIP: We love to whip up a quick chocolate sauce with our Chocolate Lover Mix using melted coconut oil and maple syrup!
