MUSCLE POWER PUMPKIN HUMMUS

Hummus is always a good idea! Do you agree? We wanted ours to fit fall & halloween season so we created this savoury and delicious Muscle Power Pumpkin Hummus.

As you can see, there are many ways to use our Muscle Power Mix  not only in protein shakes or smoothies.

MUSCLE POWER PUMPKIN HUMMUS

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1-2 tablespoons Muscle Power Mix
  • 2 cups pumpkin puree
  • 2 cups chickpeas
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 1 garlic clove
  • cumin, paprika, sea salt, pepper 

TOPPINGS:

  • Pumpkin seeds

DIRECTIONS:

  • Blend all the ingredients in your blender/food processor until smooth and creamy.
  • Put the hummus into a container and refrigerate it for at least 1 hour.
  • Garnish with pumpkin seeds.
  • Enjoy!

 SUPER TIP: Keep a batch of this in your fridge to dip your veggies in whenever you get in mood for a healthy snack!
