Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Chia Pudding

In our eyes Pumpkin Spice just belongs to this season as much as red leaves and warm scarves. Since we just can't get enough of it, we created this easy and delicious Pumpkin Spice Chia Pudding with our Chocolate Lover Mix. A great breakfast on the go for all you busy bees out there! Just prepare this the night before, grab it in the morning and you're set!

CHOCOLATE PUMPKIN SPICE CHIA PUDDING

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tablespoon Chocolate Lover Mix
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin purree
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • maple syrup for taste

    DIRECTIONS:

    • Mix the chia seeds with the Chocolate Lover Mix and the milk in a bowl.
    • Leave in the fridge to set.
    • Stir every once in a while and let the chia pudding sit in the refigerator over night or for a couple of hours.
    • The next morning stir together the maple syrup, pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice.
    • Either layer it together with the Chocolate Chia Pudding on top of each other, mix everything together or top it off with some nuts and seeds.
    • Enjoy!

     SUPER TIP: Top the pudding with some cacao nibs for an extra crunch and your favourite fruit!
