BERRY BIRCHER MUESLI ENERGY BOMB

No time for breakfast? Always getting coffee and a sandwich on the go? A delicious breakfast that gives you energy doesn't have to be complicated or take much preparation. Our bircher muesli can be prepared the night before and is a quick and easy, yet tasty and healthy breakfast option.

We love to use our Energy Bomb Mix as a good start into the day as it provides us with natural and long lasting power coming from Guarana. No coffee crashes – guaranteed!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 teaspoon Energy Bomb Mix
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup (gluten free) oats
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 1 dash vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS:

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl and let it sit in the fridge for an hour.
  • Stir everything again and add some liquid, if you want.
  • Enjoy!

 SUPER TIP: You can always use fresh berries instead of frozen, if you have some on hand!
