POWER MATCHA CHIA BREAKFAST

VEGAN, RAW, PALEO, GLUTEN-FREE

Don't have much time for a healthy breakfast? We love our Power Matcha Mix in the morning because it's such a wake up kick. What we recently discovered is Matcha Chia Pudding! It's super quick if you prepare it the night before and just grab it in the morning -and you're ready to go. Definitely a good alternative to the quick sandwich from the grocery store when you're in a hurry. Try it and tell us what you think!

POWER MATCHA CHIA BREAKFAST

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tablespoon Power Matcha Mix
  • 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
  • 1 tablespoons maple syrup

TOPPINGS:

  • Raspberries

    DIRECTIONS:

    • Stir all ingredients, except for the berries and nuts, in a bowl (or tupper ware/glass jar with a seal if you want to take it on the go).
    • Let it sit in the fridge for at least one hour.
    • Stir everything again and leave the bowl covered overnight.
    • The next day, add the toppings you like.
    • Enjoy!

     SUPER TIP: Instead of yoghurt you can always use plant milk to make chia pudding!
