POWER MATCHA SMOOTHIE BOWL

VEGAN

Smoothie bowls are a great way to get in your greens, they're delicious and you can even make them an entire meal. You can easily adapt them by using your favourite fruit and toppings and they're so easy to make. Give it a try! We promise you won't even taste the greens ;)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tablespoon Power Matcha Mix
  • 2 large medjool dates
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 handful baby spinach
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 mango
  • 1 tablespoon cashew butter

    TOPPINGS:

    • 1 banana
    • 1 kiwi
    • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut

    DIRECTIONS:

    • Blend all ingredients in the blender until smooth.
    • Pour into a bowl.
    • Add toppings.
    • Enjoy!

     SUPER TIP: Add some pineapple and replace the almond milk with coconut milk for an exotic green smoothie!
