Chia Raspberry Jam

Storebought jam is often packed with sugar and gelatine – that's why we like to make our own! Because unlike the storebought one, our version is packed with lots of great stuff that we actually want in our bodies like antioxidants, vitamins, protein, omega 3 fatty acids and minerals thanks to our Forever Beautiful Mix and the chia seeds. This recipe is so easy, but lifechanging! We promise it will sweeten your morning (try it with our Muscle Power Pancakes!) Here's the recipe:

FOREVER BEAUTIFUL RASPBERRY JAM

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS:

  • Mash the raspberries with a fork and stir in the Forever Beautiful Mix, chia seeds and maple syrup.
  • Let sit in the fridge for a couple of hours, so the chia seeds can soak up the liquids.
  • Enjoy!

 SUPER TIP: Try this recipe with different berries, too! And if you prefer, use a blender to purée the berries instead of mashing.
