GINGERBREAD BLISS BALLS

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tbsp Chocolate Lover
  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1/2 cup (gluten-free) oats
  • ½ cup cashews
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • 1 tbsp gingerbread spice

TOPPINGS:

DIRECTIONS:

  • Blend all ingredients in a food processor until you're left with a sticky dough.
  • Roll into bite-sized balls and coat with more Chocolate Lover (optional).
  • Enjoy!
